Stop Phubbing

Since the invention of smartphones, people have shown increasingly poor social behavioural skills. People texting, tweeting, emailing and Facebooking, all from their phones while in the presence of others.

This has been declared the act of ''phubbing'' on many social media groups - a combination of the words phone and snubbing, and I personally feel this must stop.

I continually see this happening - during meetings, lectures, dinners, parties and even at clubs. Has being social really come down to how many friends you have on your Facebook page?
